• Collection of rents and guarantees from tenants
• Actions for the collection of overdue rents, either extrajudicially or judicially, with the care and monitoring of DTH.
• Promotion and publicity of properties, for rent or sale, through our client database, placement of signs on the property, advertisements in the press and on the internet, as well as cooperation with other real estate agencies.
• Assessment of rental and market values, of the client’s properties, in order to claim the maximum possible rental or commercial value, based on the data of the local real estate market and the broader market conditions.
• Finding candidate tenants, with a detailed analysis of their characteristics, investigation of their previous rental relationships, and their presentation to the client, with whom the final selection will be made together.
• Taking care of the drafting and signing of lease agreements or purchase and sale contracts, on behalf of the client.
• Visiting the leased premises at regular intervals to check their condition and verify compliance with the terms agreed in the initial lease contract.
• Management of issues raised by tenants, concerning the property.
• Receipt of leased properties upon termination of the lease, after first being technically inspected and the financial and other obligations of the tenants have been fully paid.
• Submission to the competent tax authorities, in collaboration with a tax consultant, of the taxable material, as well as any amendments concerning the possession and exploitation of the properties.
• Representation at general meetings of co-owners, with information to the client.
• Possibility of communication on a 24-hour daily basis, for urgent incidents, concerning the rental property.
• Technical support, both in maintenance issues, as well as in repair issues and supervision of the work, until their completion.
• Insurance coverage of the properties with investigation of the insurance market, for the most advantageous and secure protection of the properties.
