Εvery serious and professional approach to any kind of property should start from the proper evaluation. In Greek reality, this is strengthened even more, due to the special circumstances applicable, as well as due to the frequent amendments of the relevant legislation (city-planning, tax, forestall etc.), which is a fact that imposes the in-depth research and the assessment of all the special parameters that influence each property.
DTH undertakes evaluations, both for the information of the owners, and based on the International Accounting Standards (IAS) in collaboration with certified property appraisers.
