  • Collection of rent and deposit.
  • Tenant relations, including rent reminder, enforcing rules responding to complaints, initiation of eviction process and referral to our effective and experienced attorney for completion.
  • Advertising and Marketing of your Property, throughout our network  and our entire database clientele, signs, internet advertising, broker referral program, tenant referral program.
  • Competitive market analysis, to establish local market best rental rates.
  • Thorough tenant screening, including criminal records, credit and eviction history. The final selection will be made jointly with the owner.
  • Ensure the completion and signing of the leasing or transaction contracts, on behalf of the client.
  • Periodic inspection of the property, during the lease, in order to ensure proper maintenance and finding compliance with the initial contract.
  • Management of service request of tenants.
  • Upon evacuation of units:Thorough inspections including photos, itemize deductions from the security deposit,secure the property, following arrangement and supervision of all actions needed, to bring the unit to Rent – Ready condition.
  • Submission of the taxable assets to the tax authorities, in cooperation with tax consulting office, as well as any amendments thereto relating to the possession and exploitation of the property.
  • Attend and facilitate all board meetings.
  • Provide 24 hours, 7 days a week, emergency answering service and support.
  • Advise you on any maintenance issue, provide full technical support and supervise the entire progress of works.
  • We review property insurance coverage, to assure you have the proper protection. We also notify insurance   companies, if a claim needs to be filed.
