Upon undertaking the promotion of a property, aiming in sale or tenancy, we firstly investigate the local real estate market and then we proceed to the drafting of an evaluation of its commercial or hiring value respectively. After the price (or the rent) has been agreed upon with the owner, we forward the property to the market with all available means (publications, signs, direct mail, personal contacts, co-operations with other real estate agencies) until the finding of the appropriate potential purchaser or tenant and the “final” conclusion of the agreement.

Just like every national or domestic real estate market, the Greek one has its own peculiarities and particularities. As regards the specific environment, the finding of an appropriate property to purchase for investment or income (whether we are talking individual or professional investors) is based on the good knowledge of the market and the particularly needs of everyone personally.
