Since the "entrance" of malls and big shopping centres in the Greek market, DTH is co operating and continues to co operate with most of them as follows, Αthens Metro Mall, The Mall Athens, Golden Hall, Athens Heart, Mediterranean Cosmos, Pantheon Plaza, Skopje City Mall, The Mall of Cyprus, Kings Avenue Mall, Athienitis Group Nicosia Mall - (under construction).

A representative example is Athens Metro Mall, which DTH, in cooperation with Savills, undertook  throughout the entire leasing process, since the beginning of its construction yet.

We could therefore say with confidence, that our specialization and experience in this area, enables us to undertake the whole process, from design up to completion of all leases.
